usted aprenderá a identificar y reclutar buenos miembros para su junta; a simplificar la labor de la misma; y a mantener a la vista la misión y las actividades de su organización.
Este taller fue diseñado para darle un panorama global de:
- Los roles y las responsabilidades de la Junta y los miembros de la junta;
- Los esfuerzos para reclutar a Juntas y Comieses;
- El proceso para fortalecer su junta directiva.
